Q: I’m trying to use a discount code and it isn’t working. What should I do?
A: Make sure you are entering the discount code exactly as it appears on the message in which you received it. You can copy and paste the code directly into the Discount Code field. Be sure that there are not any extra spaces before or after the code. Click the Recalculate button after entering the code to apply it.
Q: When does “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” begin and how long do I have to complete the course?
A: “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” is entirely self-paced. You can start and finish the course at your convenience.
If you are using a discount code to purchase this course and would like to know how long the discount code is valid, please email aspire@loyola.edu with the discount code you would like to use and we’ll get back to you with an answer.
Q: Can I earn credits toward maintaining my teacher certification by completing “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online?”
A: No. “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” awards 0.3 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and a certificate of completion only. It does not award CPD credits for teacher re-certification.

Q: I’m having trouble logging into my account on https://ce.loyola.edu. What should I do?
A: Go to Loyola ASPIRE, click on the “Forgotten User Name or Password?” link then follow the prompts to reset your account.
Q: I purchased “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” then found out I could use a discount code to get access to the course for no charge. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes. Send an email to aspire@loyola.edu with your name, the date you purchased the course and the discount code you would like to use to request a refund.
Q: What should I do if I accidentally requested an invoice for “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” instead of using a discount code?
A: Email aspire@loyola.edu asking for assistance. You will not be invoiced for the course if you have a valid discount code. Please include the discount code you would like to use in your email.
Q: I accidentally purchased more than one seat in “Transitioning Your Learning Experience Online” and I can’t access the course. What should I do?
A: Open the confirmation email you received. Click on the License Manger link at the top. Follow the prompts to enroll yourself in the course.
